Ever since I started working, I wanted to provide people with the utmost service. This developed when I helped start my Dad’s business at the age of 16. I quickly realised there are many competitors out there, but very few can provide a service which can be relied on every time, and this is what I wanted to create with The Mortgage Branch.

Since starting The Mortgage Branch in 2018, we discovered an underserved market. I look after high-net-worth international clients, and ensure they have the right facilities for their plan. I deal with a select number of clients, meaning I have the time to focus my efforts on the right proposals for your project.
Dominic Sheahan

I bring over 20 years experience of working for a variety of mortgage lenders and specialist funders, and that knowledge and those contacts ensure I am well placed to provide advice on the best solution for your lending requirements. I aim to provide clients with simplicity, choice and expertise.
I enjoy helping first-time buyers through their first purchase, to seasoned professional landlords and developers secure finance for their next project and am always available outside the usual 9-5 – if there ever was such a thing.
A lifelong Cheltonian, I enjoy all our beautiful area has to offer and am particularly proud of how we at The Mortgage Branch plant a tree for every mortgage that completes.
I run every day, and weekends with a young family are filled with their sporting activities and entertaining friends.

I have been in financial services for just over 15 years working with both investments and mortgages but focused on mortgages for the last 10 years. I have dealt with, and deal with, anything from 1st time buyers, home movers, re-mortgages, Buy to Lets to development finance and equity release. I am a member of the Equity Release Council.
Ricky Joyce
Buy-To-Let specialist mortgage advisor
I’ve been in property finance for over 8 years, in various roles before finding my niché as a Buy-To-Let Specialist here at The Mortgage & The Commercial Branch.
I look after clients that are just starting out with their portfolio, to managing clients with an excess of 400 properties and everything in between. Working closely with the team in The Commercial Branch, I look after developers exit strategies and refinance options to fund the next project.
I enjoy the diversity and know that every day I come in, there will always be something different to reignite that fire in me to do right by my clients, and find them the best option.
Outside of work, I have 2 dogs (Waffles & Biscuit) and a long-suffering other half. I enjoy rock, and having been born in New Zealand, an All Blacks fan. I enjoy long walks on the beach and a quite pint in a lovely pub somewhere.

I have worked in the financial industry as a Mortgage and Protection advisor for 12 years, predominantly based in estate agents. Working as a broker this has given me the extensive knowledge and experience to provide an excellent and understanding nature for all types of clients and situations.
Sam Lucy

I am a Mortgage & Protection broker who likes to run. With two marathons and a handful of half marathons under my belt I’m looking for my next challenge, perhaps a Triathlon or an Ultra marathon
Away from running I support Middlesbrough football club for my sins and love to watch F1. Other than sport I like to book a last-minute city break with particular favourites being Lisbon and Copenhagen.

I’ve worked in Financial Services since 2001 for a number of different banks, building societies, and mortgage providers as a Mortgage Advisor and as a Manager in which period I obtained my CeMAP qualification. Currently, I work within the team as a Case Manager.

After working in property law for three years, I joined The Mortgage Branch as a Case Manager in May 2023. I am happy to assist you throughout your application.
Outside of work you can find me doing almost anything artsy or dancing.

Outside of work, I enjoy being mummy to my two young girls who are complete whirl winds.

I am new to the financial industry, however with my administration experience and my recently achieved diploma, I wanted a new challenge within a different sector. I have a keen eye for detail, so will make sure all of the numbers add up. Outside of work I enjoy walking, crafting and spending time with family and friends.
